how can i run a day care for a weekend? where do i start? what are the things that i need to do?

my organization is trying to run a daycare for the weekend. How can we do that?

1. We see a lot of these in my town at churches, gyms, etc. Google something like – date night church babysitting
   to see how others do it.
   You may also want parents to sign some kind of waiver, and have restrictions on things like age, kids who are sick, a policy if parents are late picking up, contact numbers, etc
